Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out for those.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your order seems delayed or tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact support@faceandbody.com and we’ll help locate your package. Once an item is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Face & Body is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customs & Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply to their orders.
