Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel completely confident when shopping with Face & Body. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:
You can return most new, unopened, and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare items.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@Faceandbody.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you of your refund approval.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or the wrong item was received.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
